Weston Hospital has now fully reopened and patients who have an appointment scheduled from today onwards (18th June) should just attend at their allocated time. The A&E service is also now operational again from 8am to 10pm.
Staff will wear face masks and anyone coming into the hospital will need to wear a face covering, in-line with recent guidance for all hospitals.
The hospital has been deep cleaned and zoned for social distancing following national guidance and started a phased reopening of its services from June 11.
Patients are also being taken back into the care of Weston who were moved to neighbouring Trusts. Maternity services have also restarted and patients will be contacted regarding appointments.

Patients whose appointments were cancelled during the temporary hospital closure are now being contacted to reschedule their appointment.
The hospital temporarily stopped accepting new patients, including into its A&E department, from 8am on May 25.
